Pickup & Payment
All winning orders must be paid for and picked up by Saturday at 3:00 PM following the auction, unless otherwise stated in the auction listing. All orders must be collected during these hours. BettBids cannot store items beyond the pickup period due to limited warehouse space.
E-TransferWhen paying by e-transfer, include the invoice number in the payment note.
Debit and Credit CardCard payments are accepted online or in person according to the payment method shown above.
If you do not pick up your items during the scheduled pickup period, a $20.00 storage fee is added to your order for each full week it remains uncollected. Fees apply for up to four complete weeks. On the fifth Saturday at 3:00 PM, the order is cancelled and the items are withdrawn. Your account may remain restricted until any outstanding balance is resolved.
Maximum storage: 4 complete weeks. The order is cancelled at 3:00 PM on the following Saturday.
BettBids currently operates as a pickup-only auction platform. All items must be collected in person from our warehouse in Vaughan, Ontario during the designated pickup hours. Shipping services are not available at this time.
At BettBids, what you bid is what you pay, plus HST. There are no hidden buyer premiums, processing fees, or registration costs.
If you decide not to keep an item you won, you may refuse it only at the time of payment and pickup.
Refused item feeRefused items incur a 50% restocking fee calculated on the total including tax.
Return itemOnce an item leaves the warehouse, it cannot be refused or returned.
For large or fragile items such as televisions, electronics, large mirrors, and similar products, BettBids may require customers to inspect the item before leaving the warehouse. This ensures buyers are satisfied with the item before transport. Customers who decline this inspection waive coverage for physical damage after pickup.
Transportation and assistanceBring appropriate transportation and assistance for large items. BettBids is not responsible for damage once items leave the premises.
Pickup is straightforward and does not require an appointment.

Payment must be made at pickupIf the order was not paid online, the person collecting it must be able to pay the full invoice amount, including HST, on site.
Bring the QR codeThe person collecting must present the QR code, printed or on a mobile device. Staff use it to locate and release the correct items.
The original buyer remains fully responsibleThe registered bidder remains responsible for the items, payment, and all pickup conditions when another person collects the order.
